This Refund Policy ("Policy") describes the terms under which HypeCut ("we", "us", or "our") handles refund requests for purchases made through the Service. This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with them.
By completing a purchase through the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.
The Service currently offers two categories of purchasable items:
Prices are subject to change at our discretion and will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
All Gems purchases are final at the time of transaction. Gems are virtual items with no monetary value outside the Service and are non-transferable. Once a Gems purchase is completed and the balance is credited to your account, the transaction is considered final, regardless of whether the Gems have been consumed.
We do not issue refunds for Gems that remain unused in your account balance. By completing a Gems purchase, you acknowledge and accept that the purchase is non-refundable under ordinary circumstances.
If you believe your situation constitutes an exceptional case, you are welcome to contact our support team with the details of your request. All such submissions are reviewed at our sole discretion, and we cannot guarantee a favorable outcome.
If you choose to delete your account, any remaining Gems balance will be permanently forfeited without compensation. We strongly encourage you to use your remaining Gems prior to initiating account deletion.
As described in our Terms of Service, we may at our sole discretion restore Gems to your account in certain technical error scenarios (for example, where a generation request is withheld by automated safety systems). Such restorations are not cash refunds, carry no monetary value, and do not constitute an entitlement to any monetary reimbursement.
Lifetime SVIP Membership is a one-time, non-recurring purchase. There is no automatic renewal, and you will not be charged again for the same membership tier unless you make a separate, explicit purchase.
Upon successful activation, Lifetime SVIP Membership provides:
Refund requests for Lifetime SVIP Membership are evaluated on a case-by-case basis following submission of a support ticket (see Section 4). Approval is not guaranteed and remains at our sole discretion.
Refund requests for Lifetime SVIP Membership will generally not be approved in the following circumstances:
Requests submitted in other circumstances, including where bonus Gems have been partially or fully used, may still be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please contact our support team with the relevant details.

Incomplete requests may result in delays or inability to process your case. We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing any refund.
All refund requests are reviewed individually. We do not guarantee approval of any refund request outside of circumstances required by applicable law.
If a refund is approved, the reimbursement will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but refunds are typically reflected within 5–10 business days of approval.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate the outcome of your request in a timely manner.
Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. If local law grants you rights to a refund that are broader than those described here, those rights will continue to apply to the extent required by law.
